After you receive your invoice, follow the link to pay securely by PayPal (www.paypal.com.au)

(Alternatively we can send you a PayPal payment request.)

Send payment to 'sales@kon-sol-te.com.au' after logging on to your PayPal account.

Business orders only - must be accompanied by purchase order on letterhead.

You can email your order to sales@kon-sol-te.com.au. Please send no payment until order is confirmed.

A proforma invoice will be sent to you confirming your order details.

All products come with 12 Months back to base replacement warranty.
A $80 service charge will apply to all onsite warranty claims.

Refunds are not given, so please select wisely.
Products may be exchanged at Managements' discretion.
Orders will not be processed with blank spaces on forms.
Costs incurred for any exchanges/returns are the customers responsibility.
Subject to availability, all Australian orders are despatched within 5 days of clear funds.
Orders may take longer to despatch depending on stock levels in our warehouse.
Freight is an additional charge to the product cost.
Orders shall not be despatched until all funds have cleared.
Overseas orders payment by T/T only.
Correct & complete delivery instructions, are the purchaser's responsibility.
All Australian deliveries will be made by Fastway Couriers, AAE or Australia Post.
Overseas orders will generally be sent by DHL Express, FedEx or Express Air Courier.
Deliveries will not be left without an authorised signature.
